Why yes.  I DID "borrow" the idea and general design of this page from Tim Chew.  Thank you for asking.

I made some contributions in late 1990, and then started again in 2004.  Perhaps I own the record for longest hiatus between Incarnating.  I don't remember why I stopped, but probably because it was taking too much of my time! I went back and identified thirteen in the Digests that I am 99% sure are mine - one of them (Smoking) made a Best-Of listing way-back-when and I've seen it used in one or two places, which is kind of fun to discover after all this time.   Mostly I'm appalled at the repetition in style I used.  Top Ten this and Top Ten that.  Oh well.  I was only in my 30's.

I don't remember what prompted me to start again, either.  Of these more recent ones, I can of course offer 100% money-back assurance of authenticity.

And I include various undidgested questions and answers that I like from this period.  The threshold for inclusion here is pretty low, basically "if it had been my question, I'd have enjoyed receiving this answer", and "but look, at least it was a pretty good question."  Hey, falling in love with one's own writing is one of the occupational hazards of being an Incarnation.  I justify it on the grounds that if you like the Digests, maybe you'll enjoy substandard submissions enough to make it worth a look.

In closing, I'd like to thank the Academy, and all the "little people", for keeping the Oracle going through the years.
