We are in need of volunteers in all aspects of the event.
We know that members of Nordskogen and its cantons will be serving,
but should anyone outside our Barony wish to serve in some way (feast
server, setup, target building/placement, etc.) we will not turn you away!

Feast
Feastocrat: Lady Giovanna Theresa
Battista di Firenze (Liz Pearson) (707-9661) has submitted the following requirements:
Daytime Kitchen Help (6 opportunities) Kitchen opens at 10 AM and volunteers get a free feast.
Evening Kitchen Help (6 opportunities) From 4 PM until the feast is over (approximately 8 PM).
Clean Up Crew (6 opportunities) Beginning when feast ends (roughtly 8 PM) ending when we are done (no
later than 10 PM).
Setting Up and Serving Feast (30 opportunities) Approximately 3:45 PM until feast is over (free feast
included).
Marshals
Archery Coordinator: Umberto
della Foresta di Cento Ettari (Mike Bird) (470-4264) has sumbitted
the following requirements:
Marshal-In-Charge
Will oversee all other marshals, give rulings for disputes, has
responsibility for safe operation of the lines. Only fully authorized
archery marshals can hold this position. The same person may hold both,
if desired.
8:30 AM until 12:30 PM (OPEN)
1:00 PM until 5:00 PM (Lord Etienne)
Equipment authorization marshal
Duties include verifying that the archery equipment meet the division
the person is entering, and that the equipment is safe to operate.
Also will potentially supervise an MIT.

Equipment authorization Marshal In Training (MIT)
Duties include verifying that the archery equipment meets the division
the person is entering, and that the equipment is safe to operate.
