The part about "Each activity should have an indicator..." departs from
a task and starts crossing over to a scenario. Tasks should be "who does
what," not "how does who do what." Presumably, the "Capability shoud (sic)
be made visible," also is part of "how."
It should probably be noted that each mailbox when converted to HTML pages
needs its own directory. (At least that's a reasonable restriction,
since it makes file naming a great deal easier.)
