A start:

2. A.User has a mailbox of information relevant to a current project and
wishes that the material is included on a web page. (intention)

B.User launches (or has available and running the Archiver)(soon to be the
title of a new NBC series)
Capability shoud be made visible.

C. Material (this is stuff I want to show) has been assembled using a email
program as email is received and put in the mail box.
It should be easy to find or figure out where it is.

E. User has access to an internet site and is/is not logged on to that site.

F. Mailbox is converted to html format.

G. Mail is indexed and each email receives a distinct html address.

H. Material is moved to the other site.
Logs on
Watches it go.
Confirms receipt.

I. Verify's success.

Each activity should have an indicator light/greybar to indicate work in
progress. Even if it happens real fast. (Or, particularly if happens real
fast.)

H. Key information is collected for each page to index including subject,
author, date, and phase of the moon.

I. Indexes in html format of each of these are created and cross linked.
