2nd Annual Pack 227 Fall Classic

Local Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts out of Southview Elementary in Apple Valley are inviting all pinewood derby racers to come out for a fun day of racing. Our fall race is about helping fellow Cub Scout families in need. This is a great chance to have some fun while also teaching our kids the importance of helping others in times of need.

This year’s event will be supporting Anessa Huerta. Anessa is being treated for Leukemia. She began her fight in April of 2002 and has been through two plus years of Chemo. She is now preparing for a bone marrow transplant. You can read more about this amazing young lady at http://www1.caringbridge.org/mn/anessa/ . 100% of our profits will be donated to the Huerta family to help offset medical expenses.
