P R A I S
E R E P O R T !!!
Dear Paws Of Love Team:
The following PRAISE REPORT was just received.
I want, specifically, to share this with all of you,
to let you know how Good the Great Master
is, that prayer availeth much, and that you and
your continued prayer efforts for Paws are
very much appreciated.
The note speaks for itself.
By way of background, the dog involved here,
Alex, has been prayed over by a pastor from
my church. His mistress, Elizabeth, brought
him to church last Sunday, where we prayed
over him again. I am not suggesting Paws
gets the credit; that goes to the Lord.
However, we all are very grateful for Alex's
recovery, and for all of you, in your prayers.
Please note, the vet can't figure out why Alex recovered,
but we know....
Sincerely,
Riley & Curt
==========================
Thank you so much!!!
As you requested, here is the what the vet wrote about Alex:
"Alex is a most unusual case who has survived many insults to his liver, intestine,
kidneys, and bone marrow. He has survived several fatal diseases including cancer of his
kidneys and cirrhosis of his liver. I cannot explain why he has done so well but perhaps
there is no explanation....."
This comes from one of the most respected vets/oncologists in the nation....he is stumped!

Our Loved Ones Live On In
Our Hearts and Memories
My name is Pam and I
would like to share with you my story.
I used to raise Yorkshire
Terriers. My mother, my daughter, and I all raised them. I had three wonderful Yorkies in
my family.
On October 31, 1998 my
oldest Yorkie, Dixie Cajun Spice got sick. We rushed her to the vet. The vet said she had
ingested poisoning. We couldn't understand what she could have gotten into. My house is
child and dog proff.
She died that same night.
Then a week later my little 3 1/2 lb. male, Rebel on The Run got real sick. We rushed him
to the emergency room. They gave him a transfusion, and fluids. Again, ingested poisoning
was diagnosed by a second vet. Two days later my third dog, Miss Louisiana got sick. Rebel
was still sick, so we took both dogs to a third vet. That is when we found out what was
happening. Their dog food had been recalled and we didn't know it.
It turns out that 54
brands were poisoned! I watched as these two dogs that were left suffered. I took them to
the vet every day. It took two weeks, but all three dogs died.
This was just horrible. I
was in shock!!! I was depressed, angry,
lonesome, you name the
emotion I had it. I didn't even want to get out of bed. I lost 15 pounds in one month. I
couldn't eat, sleep or function.
What could I do? Well, I
knew to turn to the Lord. I knew also there must be others that felt like I did. But,
where could I find them? That is when I found Paws of Love. I found other believers that
loved animals, believed in the power of prayer, and had been where I was. I found my self
getting better with the help of others. I also found the more I helped others with their
problems the better I felt. I was determined that my three babies would not have died in
vain!!! They didn't die in vain. If it wasn't for them I would not have gotten involved.
So, you see they gave their life's so that others would be helped.
Since that time I have
become very active in Paws of Love. I have seen many miracles happened to animals as well
as people. Yes, I still miss my little babies. I guess I always will. I still cry and
grieve over them.
They are out of their
suffering and for this I am grateful.
I have gotten a new
puppy. I got an Austrian Shepherd, her name is
Starr. She is nothing
like my Yorkies but we love her and she loves us.
Trust me I am very
careful what she eats. Maybe someday I will get another Yorkie.
