We ask that you post reviews only for restaurants you like. There are a few reasons for this.
The first is that it has always been the intention of the managers of this site that this should be a place people can come to see what's good to eat in the Twin Cities.
The second is that we do not want the potential to exist for competing restauranteurs to use this forum to post derogatory reviews about their competitors in an attempt to funnel business to their own establishments.
The third is that this site exists solely at our pleasure, goodwill, and expense. We therefore wish to avoid any liability exposure resulting from the posting of derogatory reviews.
This site is governed by the intellectual property laws of the United States. Under these laws, all rights to intellectual property are assigned to that property's creator at the moment of creation.
This means that all reviews posted on this site are the intellectual property of their authors, so if you write a review that you wish to use elsewhere, you may feel free to do so. If you receive compensation for such a review, please ensure that the buyer knows that the review exists here, and is OK with it. If you are not sure about your rights, consult an intellectual property attorney.
