My friends and I enjoy canoeing adventures every year. One of the first was on the Flambeau River in Wisconsin in 1974.
We felt this historic event should be immortalized in some way, so I created this comic. These are the first seven pages, covering the first two days of the trip. Unfortunately I was unable to finish the project due to the time demands of being an unemployed school dropout, and no longer really remember what the hell happened the rest of the trip. My friends claim to remember some of it, but in accord with principles of journalistic integrity I cannot proceed based on their accounts, since for all I know they're just making this crap up.
There is no reason to believe that anybody who wasn't there will find this at all entertaining.
