- Receiving System
- Automatically Retrieves Full Pallet Loads of Bottles from Semi-Trailers and presents them to the Transfer Car.
- Also sends Loads of Dunnage (Empty Pallets, Slipsheets, and Top Frames) to Semi-Trailers.
- Transfer Car
- Transfers 2 Full Pallet Loads from Receiving Lanes to the Depall / Collation Full Load Conveyor.
- Also sends Loads of Dunnage to the Receiving System.
- Depall / Collation Overview
- An Overview of the Conveyors that feed the Destrapper, Top Frame, Pallet / Slipsheet, and Depalletizer Systems.
- Destrapper
- Automatically Clamps, Cuts, and Removes the 8 plastic Straps holding the Full Load together.
- The Straps are then Granulated and Air Conveyed to a Bin for removal.
- Top Frame System
- Removes Top Frames from the Full Loads and stacks them for later Collation with the Pallets and Slipsheets
- that will arrive from the Pallet / Slipsheet Lift.
- Pallet & Slipsheet System
- Empty Pallets from the Depalletizer are loaded in the bottom of the Pallet / Slipsheet Lift. Slipsheets that
- reside between Layers of Bottles are removed by the Depalletizer for Collation on top of the Empty Pallets.
- Depalletizer System
- Full Pallet Loads enter the Lift Chamber, the Doors and Sides Close, the Lift raises up, and the Layers of
- Bottles are swept on to a Mesh Conveyor enroute to the Filler. Slipsheets are removed from each Layer.
- Legend Screen
- Describes the Screen Symbols for status of the Control Stations, Motors, and various Sensors.
