I uploaded a mostly complete description of the final implementation to
ftp.skypoint.com, at /pub/members/e/escargo/finalimp.txt; what it
doesn't have is plans for continuation or completion.
I have some minor changes to make to it.
I certainly would like to hear about other peoples opinion about completing
implementation.
