I don't know if it's the listserv or not, but I didn't get a lot of
feedback. Do we have any kind of agreement about what the major problems
are?
If I'm going to be coding solutions tomorrow, I sure want to know what
some solutions are.
Things that would be easy to do are:
Assume that we are going to ignore the one or many input mailboxes
question and the working directory issue; that leaves the filter questions
as the only thing on the processing tab. Therefore, remove that tab and
put the questions at the bottom of the mailboxes tab.
Take the little feedback things and put them in the frame that's always
visible, above the context help frame. That way people can always see them
and watch them change.
Add next and previous buttons to simplify navigation.
Anybody summarize our user testers' feedback to list the problems that
they mentioned? Those are the ones we need to address point by point.
