The demo code is located at ftp.skypoint.com, and available via anonymous ftp.
Once you connect to ftp.skypoint.com, cd to pub/members/e/escargo. You
should then be able to see the FrameMaker files, the latest mockup in
PostScript format (c5110-c.ps), and the tcl code (included in all of the
*.tcl files).
Once you have the *.tcl files, you can either start wish and source
mac.tcl or if your system is set up for it, you can double click on
mac.tcl.
When I tried to run mac.tcl under Windows 95 and wish8.0, I got an
error message, which means that it runs OK on Linux and wish4.2 but
not on wish8.0. I'm going to try to find out why there's an error.
