I have worked in a wide range of mediums such as graphite, oil and acrylic paint, computer based designs, animation, wrought iron, traditional blacksmithing, copper repousse, silver casting (jewelry) and bronze casting.

 

Played violin in school orchestras from age 7 through high school and also learned to play piano and guitar in recent years. Currently taking private lessons in violin and Flamenco guitar.

 

Started fencing epee at the age of 10. Participated in local, regional and national competitions. Started teaching beginners at summer camps in 2003. Currently coaching and giving private lessons to students of varying ages.  

 

Studied Tai Chi since 2002, and Shaolin since the beginning of 2007.

   Through Shaolin MN I have been practicing the traditional Chinese Lion dance. I have been doing dance performances for a year at events such as the St. Paul Winter Carnival and Lake Phalen Dragon Boat Festival.
