Our Mabry line goes back to Francis Maybury who came to Virginia by 1679.

1. Francis Maybury came to Virginia by 1679; In 1685, he married Elizabeth Gilliam. He died in 1712 at Surry County, Virginia.

2. George Mabry was born about 1691 or 1692 in Henrico County, Virginia. He died in 1770 in Rowan County, Kentucky.

3. Isaac Mabry married Lucy Rutledge,the widow of William Rutledge.

4. Charles Mabry was born about 1760 in NC. He married Elizabeth Hylton. He died in 1840 in Patrick County, Virginia.

5. John W. Mabry was born in 1795 in Virginia. He married Nancy Dalton. He died after 1880.

6. Andrew J. Mabry was born in 1832 in Carroll County, Virginia. He married Didame Pennington. He died in 1913 in Elliott County, Kentucky and is buried there.
